Staff: April Culver – Executive Director, CEO
April Culver is devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of children with special needs. Culver has served in various roles with the Texas Special Olympics, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Tri Delta Foundation and Texas Christian University. With her 25+ years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising, she is proud to be a part of Challenge Air Team. Her greatest joy is seeing the smile on a child’s face and knowing a difference was made.

Staff: Juliet Siddons – Event Program Director
Juliet Siddons comes to Challenge Air with a love of aviation after spending 16 years as a Project Manager at Southwest Airlines. Juliet is responsible for all aspects of planning and organizing Fly Day Events around the country. Her first job as a counselor at Camp Stepping Stones in Cincinnati, Ohio developed her love of working with special needs children. In the years after graduating as a dance major from SMU, she has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House, Booker T Washington School for the Arts, Heroes for Children, Cancer Support Community, and is a member of the Jr. League of Dallas. Juliet can’t believe she gets to bring smiles to these children’s faces as part of her job!
