Due to weight sensitivity limits on small aircraft, the total weight of any one passenger cannot exceed 250 pounds. Each individual participating in the program will be weighed at the event. Legal weight limits are established for each individual aircraft. Challenge Air MUST adhere to these required, legal safety limits.

The Challenge Air program is designed exclusively to benefit children and youth living with a physical disability or life threatening illness.

DISCLAIMER:

PLEASE READ: Challenge Air reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any special needs participant registered for the Events program. There is a limit to the number of flight times available at each event. We will do the best we can to accommodate all qualified registrants; however, due to capacity constraints, no one is guaranteed a flight. If you are provided a flight time, we can only allow for the participant with special needs, plus up to two guests (no more), to participate in the actual flight. If you are provided a flight time, once at the event, if the participant with special needs decides not to take the flight, the flight is forfeited and will be offered to the next participant. In order to ensure that Challenge Air fulfills its stated mission to the fullest extent, only qualifying participants under age 21 will be permitted to register and participate. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used only to ensure the Challenge Air mission is upheld to the fullest extent.
